Taken from the bridge on Johnson Road, which is now closed to traffic, so no Google Street view. But here's the spot:
Lots of big, old-growth logs on their way to the mill. I think I can make out ponderosa pine and Douglas fir, and possibly some western larch and western white pine. Some of those logs, though -- probably the tops of larger trees -- look like they barely make sawlog size (generally 9 inches, I think).
No doubt headed to Yakima, to be turned into apples and nickels.
