I was born in Brooklyn in 47, and on occasion, my dad would take me to the Fulton Fish market. To buy fresh seafood, no doubt, but all I can remember is the God awful stink. I suppose, now I would relish the chance to purchase such fresh produce, but then, it just smelled like poop to me.
What a great shot, hard to believe there's a war on.....
