As for the "Then and now" feedback, a great deal remains: all of the low rise buildings in the foreground are gone - the terminal was @ Third/Town Streets, just south of the state capitol - but behind them the Ohio Theater and Beggs Building, to its left, are still extant; as is the Le Veque Tower
which looms in the distance (and creates the illusion of being a penthouse atop the Beggs.)
That's a Pennsylvania Railroad logo on the door. Was Pennsylvania Greyhound affiliated with the Pennsy?
