On the *right* we have Substation 10, belonging to the Potomac Electric Power Company. PEPCO is still the main purveyor of electricity in D.C.
The front of that 1936 Packard 120 is classic —- at least to this long time driver who first took to the road in a similar vehicle. A powerful, smooth-riding machine, it was the manufacture’s best seller. Not immune to parking restrictions, however.
Incredibly clean and uncluttered by trash, garbage cans or bins, old furniture, etc. Lovely picture!!
