Yes, definitely looks like Tatum O'Neil as Addie Pray in the film Paper Moon. One has to wonder if the films producers somehow saw this photograph. Highly doubtful, but the resemblance is uncanny.

Toppenish today is still a small town, generally poor, still dependent on migrant workers for much of the harvest. However, the town also boasts a large number of murals painted on buildings depicting pioneer days, a highly-regarded small college, and a casino.
