Shown early in her career developing techniques for maintaining order in a pristine lobby bereft of visitors, she later changed jobs and became way cool as seen here. Her doctoral thesis, Liberating Lavish Lobbies of Lallygaggers, was never published.
If you look carefully through the portal between the two columns, you can spot at least one pair of shoes with feet attached. It's nice to know that there is at least some semblance of human companionship for our otherwise lonely and isolated receptionist!
