This looks like the 1918 Buick Model E-46 Opera Coupe. If the internet is to be believed, this is one of twelve that Buick produced that year. It had room for a chauffeur, two passengers, and a child's jump seat. The G. H. Curtiss Museum owns one and rented it for The Godfather, Part Two. It is not for sale.
