I have fond memories of that sort of webbing rotting out and having to help my grandpa replace it.
Presumably the lounge ladies are watching the owners of the extra shoes swim. I'd love to see the two swimmers as well. This could be a scene out of my childhood.

Or whatever that piece of fabric over the lower part of the woman's one-piece bathing suit is called. I remember that part on ladies' bathing suits when I was a little kid in the early sixties. (I imagine pair of shoes #4 belongs to the photographer.)
There are five pairs of shoes and three pair of feet. Hmmmm.

The girl on the right in the loveseat will have a nice "waffle" print down the side of her legs from the webbing in the chair.
The pretty lass on the right could be in imminent danger!
Something didn't quite look right with that glider — and then I spotted it — the linkage to the frame is missing the hardware to support the seat assembly!
That aluminum patio furniture looks like it is still fairly new. I hope the glider on is still under warranty — or maybe it is time to round up the maintenance committee.
