Adolph Fortgang, a naturalized American, born c1876 in Austria was a successful merchant in NYC, his firm Mersel & Fortgang, was a leading food distributor. Charitable enough to have a Lodge or Burial Society named for him in 1915. He died in 1950 and was interred at, obviously, at Mt Hebron.
